Privacy / Waitlist

Your information, explained.

This notice explains how Mirae handles information submitted through the waitlist on miraeeyewear.com. It applies to the landing page, not to the future Mirae application, which will have its own privacy notice before release.

Effective 5 August 2026

Who is responsible

The data controller for the Mirae waitlist is Hugo SEQUIER, France. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to sequieh@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time of signup, and a record that the submission came from the Mirae landing page. The email address is normalized to lowercase to prevent duplicate entries.

The landing page does not collect camera images or facial measurements. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic. It processes limited technical and usage information needed to provide those measurements; we do not use it to create third-party advertising profiles.

Why we use it

We use your email only to manage the Mirae waitlist and send product-development or availability updates you requested. We do not sell waitlist email addresses or use them for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Mirae uses Convex to receive and store waitlist submissions, and Vercel to host the website and provide web analytics. These providers process information on our behalf to provide the required infrastructure and measurements.

How long we keep it

We retain your email while the waitlist and related Mirae product updates remain active. We will delete it when you ask us to, or when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, withdraw your request to receive updates, or raise another privacy concern by emailing sequieh@gmail.com. We may need to verify your email address before completing a request.

If you believe your data-protection rights have not been respected, you may also contact France’s data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the waitlist or its providers change. The effective date above will identify the current version. A separate, complete notice will be published before the Mirae application processes product-related data.
